Young Professionals Program
Opticos is a management consultancy firm that base its expertise around three core capabilities: Digital Business Transformation, Strategic IT, and Sourcing & Procurement. Opticos combines a blend of skills and years of experience with a hands-on, yet forward-thinking approach, to support large organisations with independent advice and execution in order to improve performance and achieve lasting business value.
About the program
The Young Professionals Program is an efficient (and fun!) way of introducing young talents to the world of management consulting. The Program provides a combination of theory and practice where you will work as a consultant in client assignments, as well as participate in internal courses at our four offices together with other Young Professionals. A senior colleague will be your development coach to ensure your personal and professional growth. You will also have a mentor, a previous Young Professional, who will support you along the way. The theoretical part is organised in the following four themes:
Consulting Skills: Provides our Young Professionals with skills that are expected of a management consultant regardless of assignment or position.
Capability Offerings: Introduces our Young Professionals to some of the capabilities within Opticos, our expertise that we offer our clients.
IT Methodologies & Frameworks: Provides our Young Professionals with the fundamentals of understanding methodologies and frameworks used in most organisations today. Allowing them to quickly pick up the lingo of the customer.
The Future Digital Society: Introduces our Young Professionals to the concept of the future digital society. The courses also provide an element of case study on current or previous client assignments where for example a digitalisation journey, automation or data management have been in focus.
Join us if you are looking for an exciting career within management consulting where you will learn, grow and share experiences together with us.
We recruit to our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö.
One- or two-year Master’s Degree, fluent Swedish and English is required.
