Join our international Graduate Trainee Program to challenge yourself and our entire Group. To stay successful, we need people who can reimagine the world of grain. As one of our Graduate Trainees, you get the chance to develop both yourself and the world around you in a way that has a meaningful impact on society and on people’s everyday lives.
As a Graduate Trainee at Lantmännen, you will be a part of a dynamic and global Group with a vision for growth both in existing and new markets. You will join one of our professional teams somewhere in our global organization, either within one of our main sectors: Agriculture, Machinery, Energy or Food, or in group functions. Over 15 months, you will get the opportunity to try out three different positions across various sectors, countries and professions – all to achieve in-depth insight in our wide range of products and services.

With a flexible approach, you can easily embrace and adapt to new situations and focus on solutions. In order to qualify, you need at least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a specialization in Business, Engineering or Agriculture – placing you firmly at the doorstep of your professional career.

You need at least a Bachelor degree to apply
Engineers, economists/business students and agricultural scientists
At least one out of three rotations are located abroad. You will after having finished the program take on a permanent position somewhere within our international group.
