Volvo Group Graduate Program

To qualify for the Graduate Program, you will need:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or be in the final year of your studies, graduating by the summer) in a relevant field such as Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, Logistics, Business administration, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Industrial Economy, Engineering Physics, Mechatronics, Control Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Industrial Design Engineering, or a related discipline.
• To have graduated within the last 18 months, with a maximum of two years of professional work experience before or after graduation.
• Strong English communication skills. Some positions may also require proficiency in the local language.
• A valid work permit for the country to which you are applying. For selected positions, visa sponsorship may be available where applicable.
• An international mindset and a genuine interest in collaborating across cultures and functions.
• A collaborative, communicative mindset, with the ambition to continuously develop yourself while contributing to the growth and success of the business.

Depending on your current rotation, your day could involve supporting product development, analyzing manufacturing or logistics performance, contributing to supplier collaborations, or exploring new ways to improve quality, sustainability, and efficiency across the value chain. One day you might be working closely with engineers on future technologies; another, you’ll be on the factory floor witnessing trucks being assembled, a truly inspiring experience that brings Volvo Group’s innovation to life.
