About Sandberg Development Graduate Program
The Sandberg Development Graduate Program is a trainee program for engineers and economists who want to kickstart their careers. Participants take on a project based role in one of our companies and get the opportunity to run real projects linked to some of society’s most critical sectors – water, safety, and quality of life. In parallel, they take part in an innovation and leadership program in collaboration with EFL Executive Education. 

During the program, you will work with real world tasks and challenges that the Sandberg Development Group is facing. You will take on a project where, together with your supervisor, you can actively influence both the project direction and how the work is carried out. In addition to your project work, you will also gain insight into the daily operations of our companies to get a holistic understanding of the business. A mentor will follow and coach you throughout the entire program. 

As a participant in our Graduate Program, you become part of the Sandberg Development Group and will: 

• Complete a 12-month trainee program with permanent employment and a competitive salary. After completing the program, you continue your employment within the group. 
• Work in one of our portfolio companies such as Aimpoint, DTS, Watersprint, Nordisk Clean Solutions, or in the parent company. 
• Lead a real-world project where you influence the direction and scope. 
• Gain broad insight into the company’s operations. 
• Develop your abilities in innovation, problem solving, and leadership. 
• Be coached by experienced mentors and experts from both the group and EFL Executive Education. 
• Work in an inspiring environment at our own “Sandberg Valley” at Jägersro in Malmö.
