The Opportunity
Our graduate program is well established, celebrating over 30 years of success. It is highly personalized and enables you to set your own goals and explore your own interests. Throughout your graduate journey we will give you the opportunity to test and grow both your professional and personal skills. We aim to match your talents and aspirations to our strategic and operational needs – ensuring a fulfilling career for you and a thriving business for us.

During the 22-month program you will complete rotations within the company where you have the opportunity to explore different areas of our business at the same time as you work on real projects, solving real problems and delivering real change. Part of your time will be devoted to graduate activities such as sessions with senior leaders/specialists, study visits, fairs, courses etc. The first 16 months are carried out in Trollhättan followed by an international placement.

We will provide development through a formal global development program. The development program will help progress you from being an individual contributor towards leading others, preparing you for potential leadership roles in the future.

Qualifications / Experience / Skills

• MSc/BSc degree in Engineering (studies completed before start of the program)
• Maximum 2 years professional experience after graduation
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
• Large curiosity and appetite for learning new things
• Valid work permit for Sweden

We also value excellent social skills and previous leadership experience. All applicants should have the ability to travel during the program and work abroad for 6 months.
