During an intensive yet exciting 12-month period, this program offers a comprehensive view of Volvo Group's global Research and Development (R&D) landscape. You'll acquaint yourself with our various brands and sites, gaining insights into the latest innovations and project advancements. You'll immerse yourself in specific areas of our operations, including product development, sustainability, quality, and continuous improvement, all while diving into the complexities of our end-to-end supply chain, aftermarket services, and customer care. Your journey will be integral to the industry's transformative journey, involving cutting-edge technologies and the development of skills for the future.

Simultaneously, you'll foster your interpersonal abilities through tailored individual and team development sessions. To qualify for the Engineering Graduate Program, you will need a Master Degree – completed by when the program starts – in the following or similar engineering fields:
