The purpose of the Production Management Graduate Programme is to ensure a strong pipeline of talented technical graduates who possess the intellectual power, drive and innovative ambition to take over strategic positions and pursue an international career at our production sites worldwide in the future.

A UNIQUE DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITY
We will ensure that you get the right challenges at the right time to unfold your potential, show us what you got and get the opportunity to make your efforts count. You will solve assignments and business-critical tasks for one or more members of the management team at the production site. Spending 18 months at your primary production site and 6 months at a production site abroad will give you a solid understanding of the business and the possibility to impact both business and people.

Graduate projects are often related to:

• Production optimization for sustainability and cost-consciousness
• Facilitation of lean principles implementation
• Quality and process management
• Projects to meet technical, production and logistical challenges

Being part of our graduate programme means that you will join assigned leadership training camps in different markets, focusing on leading yourself, leading change, leading others and driving business. In addition, on-the-job as well as functional training will be closely linked to your role in the organisation.
