Tech Trainee Programme
Are you passionate about Tech? Are you curious about working in a bank? Do you want to challenge us and the rest of the industry? Then the Tech Trainee programme will be the perfect match for you. We are on an exciting digital journey and there are many new players in the field of finance. We need great people in our team to continue to be fast-paced and on our toes to find new solutions and change the future of banking.
Our Tech Trainee programme is designed to provide you with a broad introduction to working in a large and complex international organisation while kickstarting your career as a Tech specialist. The programme accommodates approximately 20 participants each year where the majority are based in Sweden. But we also have some positions at our international sites.
The programme starts in September each year and lasts for six months. Right from the beginning, you will be employed in a specific role where you will receive support and inspiration to grow and develop into a future IT specialist.
The programme is divided into two main components: time spent working in your designated department in the role you were recruited for, and participation in programme activities such as learning sessions and networking opportunities.
