Sourcing Graduate Program
This 18- to 24-month global program is intended for recent graduates or professionals early in their careers. Sourcing at Ericsson look after 130 billion SEK external spending working with suppliers worldwide. That means influencing around 62% of Ericsson’s net sales by searching and negotiating for the most favourable deals. Join the team of around 1,000 people, representing more than 60 countries, working with more than 20,000 suppliers. Working with an end-to-end business approach, gaining insight and understanding from Research and Development to Service Delivery equips you with the perspective and capabilities to thrive in future positions.

Early Career Program
There are two Early Career Program’s – Innovate and Excellerate, they both open up a world of potential career growth for you, across Ericsson globally. You may choose from a wide range of technology-driven roles or go in for a broader commercial role. The program also gives you a taste of high-profile job rotations within and across functions in an accelerated learning environment, including senior leadership contact, professional on-the-job development and formal trainings. Patent Attorney Program
Are you a new M.Sc. or Ph.D. graduate or young graduate professional within any of the ICT-technologies? If yes, then you could be the candidate we’re looking for! Become a world-class patent attorney at the forefront of Hi-Tech and pave your path to become a European Patent Attorney. This involves training in law (no prior legal knowledge required), technology and secondment in a patent law firm/patent office. You will be at the forefront of technological development and become a specialist in helping inventors protect their technological ideas and get a fair return on invested R&D.

What are we looking for?

For the Sourcing Graduate Program we are looking for someone that has a Master’s degree from a reputable university. A related degree in supply chain management or procurement is a plus. You have a maximum of three years of full-time working experience after completing studies prior to starting the program. Experience in Sourcing/Supply Chain is an added advantage.

An ideal candidate for the Early Career Program should have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technology related discipline. A maximum of three years of full-time working experience after completing studies prior to starting the program. Experience in R&D is an added advantage.

To be one of the top candidates for the Patent Attorney Program you most likely are a M.Sc. or Ph.D. graduate or young graduate professional within any of the ICT-technologies. You exhibit a very curious mind towards innovation in general, are a team player, have an eye for details and master the English language in both speech and writing.
