The SKF Global Graduate Programme targets talented Graduates’ with a demonstrated entrepreneurial and innovative mindset who have the potential of becoming our future leaders. This global programme is an opportunity for you as a recent Graduate to gain practical experience and insight into the SKF business world and to develop tools for your future career.

As a global graduate at SKF, you will have your home in the line organization at the same time as getting the chance to gain invaluable experience in three different disciplines at SKF. Through three rotations during 18 months, with whereof at least one abroad, you will get a broad experience from various SKF business areas and have the possibility to start building a solid network within SKF.

By working globally and cross-functionally with local projects, you have every opportunity to develop your professional, leadership and self-management skills. You are also assigned a mentor, who supports you throughout your time as a graduate.

We are looking for recent Graduates:

  • With a Master’s Degree or equivalent
  • With a demonstrated entrepreneurial and innovative mindset
  • With international and cross-cultural experience.
  • With full proficiency in English and preferably one more language.
