The Program
Our program is a blend of theory and job rotations, both domestic and international. The structure of the trainee program provides a unique opportunity to learn the industry and the company from the ground up. You will work in an international environment across various functions, establishing a robust company network. The program includes both theoretical and practical components, with tailor-designed training integrated into your curriculum. You will acquire a broad foundation and have the opportunity to focus on specific areas according to your ambitions, preferences, and business requirements. 

We offer trainee positions not only in various locations in Sweden (Karlskrona, Falun and Alingsås) but also in other parts of the world: Cologne, Nordenham, Troisdorf (Germany), Asnaes (Denmark), Kaunas (Lithuania), Chennai (India), Rotterdam (Netherlands), Warszowice (Poland), Kladno, Velké Meziříčí (Czech Republic), and the United States.

In addition to the above, possessing excellent verbal and written skills in both the local language and English is highly advantageous. You must have permanent authorization to work in Sweden or EU/CH/NO citizenship.
