We offer the Early Talent Program in the application side as a Functional/Business Consultant or the technical foundation as a Software Developer of the ERP system.
***ERP = Enterprise Resource Planning is a software that manages a company's financials, supply chain, operations, commerce, reporting and manufacturing.

EARLY TALENT PROGRAM
Our program has 2 tracks with different roles. See link to the right, under "Ansökan".

Consultant
A consultant creates functional and/or technical solutions to address our customers’ needs. The program combines customer projects with education where you get to meet trainees from all over EMEA. As we visit our customers, a willingness to travel and having a B-licensed driver is a must.

• Business Consultant
• Technical Consultant

Developer
A developer is a super user of our application, designs new functions and features, maintains, tests, and documents or focuses on coding.

• Business Analyst
• Software Engineer

Starting your career is exciting and we would like to guide you in this. The program is one year and together with your mentor, you will grow into your position.

Both tracks teach about our Cloud solutions based on our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems; managing a company's financials, supply chain, manufacturing, commerce, and reporting.

As a consultant you will also learn about Implementation methodology, Consulting Skills, and Industry business practices. It’s cross-functional and focused on business processes. The developer training introduces you to architectural and functional specifics for a Cloud solution, the deploy framework, and programming standards.

After the Early Talent Program, you are ready to face your challenges with ease and confidence, having the capability to grow with Infor and our customers. Our company is formed through Respect, Humility, and Self Actualization.
