Resurs Engineering Accelerate Program

We are looking for newly graduated ambitious engineers (currently studying or having graduated within the last two years) who wish to pursue a career as Software Engineers.

As a trainee in our program, you’ll gain hands-on experience, guidance from industry experts, and the opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and ambitious team. With Resurs, you’ll have the support you need to reach new heights in your career.

You will be a part of our Engineering department, which has a wide range of competencies and approximately 250 employees in roles such as Software Engineers, Product Owners, Test Analysts, Architects, Data Analysts, Cloud Engineers.

During our six-month program you will get competitive salary and benefits, great colleagues, and a unique opportunity to deep dive into our Engineering department, which offers exciting career opportunities and extensive knowledge sharing.

If you succeed as a trainee, you will be offered a permanent employment by the end of the program.

The number of accepted applicants to our program will be based on current business needs and may vary from year to year.
