As a Lantmännen Graduate Trainee, you will get the chance to develop both yourself and the world around you in a way that has a meaningful impact on society and on people’s everyday lives.

The challenge
As a Graduate Trainee at Lantmännen, you will be a part of a dynamic and global Group with a vision for growth both in existing and new markets. You will join one of our professional teams somewhere in our global organization, either within one of our main sectors: Agriculture, Machinery, Energy or Food, or in group functions. Over 15 months, you will get the opportunity to try out four different positions; two in your “home-sector” and two in other sectors, business areas and functions – so you will get experience from various sectors, areas and professions – all to achieve in-depth insight in our wide range of products and services.

In order to qualify, you need at least a Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a specialization in Business, Engineering or Agriculture – placing you firmly at the doorstep of your professional career.
