Här får du svar på de vanligaste frågorna som kommer in till Tetra Pak:
- What is the Future Talent Programme?
The Tetra Pak trainee programme has two different tracks, Technical and Leadership. Technical track is a one year-programme focused on developing engineering capabilities in key positions in an accelerated way. Leadership track is a two year-programme aimed to develop a broad business knowledge in an international environment.
- Will I be involved in Tetra Paks initiatives connected to Sustainability during the programme?
We focus on sustainability in everything we do, it is one of our top strategic priorities. Our sustainable initiatives motivate our employees and attract talents. As part of the company DNA this is very much a part of our daily work.
- Can you share more information about how the job rotations work?
In Technical track you do job rotations to build your capabilities as a specialist, in Leadership track you do up to 4 job rotations to build a broad understanding of our business. A job rotation is between 1-4 months. You will create your individual development plan in collaboration with your manager.
- Can you work with automation and programming in Tetra Pak?
Absolutely, this is a big and important part of Tetra Pak.
- What type of positions do you recruit for?
We have various positions within engineering, food technology and business development, also positions in support functions such as Finance and HR.
- What does the recruitment process look like?
The recruitment process will be ongoing from end of December and continue during Spring. You can find the ads for the individual positions to apply for at jobs.tetrapak.com.
