Här får du svar på de vanligaste frågorna som kommer in till Tele2:

  1. What is included in the trainee program?  
    As an Executive Trainee at Tele2, you will shadow and build a relationship with one of Tele2's management team members for an entire year. You will have a large responsibility from day one, supporting your management team member in their daily work. You will also get the opportunity to perform trainings in different areas to develop further.   
     
  2. What are you looking for in a trainee candidate?  
    Tele2 is on a journey to provide unlimited connectivity to enable a society of unlimited opportunities. We need candidates who are fast-moving, smart, thrive in a state of transformation and see the charm in change. When something truly matters to you, you dare more than others and if you believe in something, you will do it, no matter what. Our Executive Trainees help us challenge ourselves and each other to push boundaries and opportunities, while ensuring that we act and behave as a leader. 
     
  3. What is the best part being a trainee @Tele2? 
    Understanding how an executive works to act on the business strategy. You will get the umbrella perspective of a whole organization, to link opportunities and challenges in different areas.
