By joining Stena Group IT’s Graduate Program, you will play a part in the digitalization of multiple organizations across Stena AB. We handle business technology solutions that put us on route to becoming the world’s first cognitive ferry company, we fine-tune data and shape IoT technology that make buildings and tenants interact, we support underground waste management as an innovative solution needed for a sustainable future, and much more.

The Program
During 16 challenging months, you will experience and get a full understanding of how Stena drives digitalization throughout our industries. Our Graduates have the possibility to shape their future careers and work in multiple areas such as:

You will work in these areas while building an understanding of how our different industries operate. As you rotate through the different teams, our development program continuously enhances your skills through internal trainings and hands-on experience.

As a graduate, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate closely with diverse Stena Group IT units, focusing on enhancing IT service excellence through robust infrastructure and comprehensive support functions. Your responsibilities may include solution procurement, maintenance, and development to boost efficiency and collaboration. You'll play a role in aligning with our Strategic Roadmap, overseeing IT Security, and driving digital business development. Additionally, you'll be a part of IT projects and maintain applications, Business Intelligence, IoT, and integrations.
