As a graduate in Arla Finance, you will become part of a global company with an extensive Finance organisation across an end-to-end value chain. You will play an active part in shaping our future finance function, using data, the newest digital technologies and by driving sustainability performance.

Our future-focused Finance programme
The Finance Graduate Programme is a 2-year programme consisting of three rotations across our Finance organisation. One of the rotations will be abroad at one of our international offices.

When you are hired as part of the Finance Graduate Programme, you are hired on a permanent employment contract from day one, and will continue your career within Finance in Arla Foods at the end of the 2 years.

What will make you a successful Finance Graduate?
You have a relevant bachelor or master’s degree from a university by September 2024, relevant experience and an interest in Finance. You are currently living in, or willing to relocate to Sweden, and internationally mobile for at least 6 months as part of the programme.

Furthermore, you are a natural problem-solver, with excellent analytical skills and a structured approach to your work . You are a skilled communicator, and you understand how to convey complex information in a clear and understandable language.
