Unilever Future Leaders Programme
Our Future Leaders Programme will ignite the leader in you. This unique programme is designed to develop Unilever’s Future Leaders (UFL) by providing challenging and purposeful opportunities that accelerate their readiness to take on business leadership roles. The 3 year programme encompasses rotations within and across functions in an accelerated learning environment with a permanent employment from start. This includes extended leadership contact, formal training and professional development. You will also receive market salary with the same benefits as the other employees at Unilever.
