Over two years, your learning will be sculpted by on-the-job industry experience where you’ll take on real responsibilities, direct guidance from cream-of-the-crop managers and mentors, and structured, formal lessons from our in-house graduate academy. You’ll gain a holistic understanding of our business and grow in leaps and bounds.
You’ll get to work across our categories in a series of rotations designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts and develop a whole host of skills.
The commercial function is responsible for identifying consumer trends and launching compelling new confectionery products to meet these new needs. It is an exciting area of our business where you will get to be responsible for some of the Sweden’s best loved brands.
You will be based in Sweden, Upplands Väsby in the north part of Stockholm where you will get to work across categories including chocolate, biscuits, gum and candy and cheese.
Rotations are 12 months long and include:
- Category Planning – Working with analyzing the market to create strong plans for the coming years. Creating campaigns and activities for our brands so that they continue to attract consumers and create added value for our customers
- Brand management – As part of the brand team you will cover the whole spectrum of marketing including product launches, advertisement, promotional activations and campaign analysis
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or similar
Based in Sweden, with possibilities for rotations in and outside of the Nordics.
