Developer Accelerate Program

Resurs Developer Accelerate Program is a ten month mentorship program with the aim of hiring ambitious, newly graduate candidates that wishes to kickstart their career within IT Development.

The competences in our IT Department (approx. 100 employees) varies from System Developers, Product Owners, Test Analysts, Architects, Data Analysts, Cloud Engineers and much more.

The number of accepted applicants will be based on the current business needs and could change from year to year. The focus of the program is on you that wants to pursue a career within Programming as a System Developer within Front- or Backend.

Qualifications:

• A university degree (Bachelor or Master) within IT
• A maximum of two years working experience within IT
• Fluency in English and Swedish
• An interest and ambition to work as a System Developer (front- or back end)
• Knowledge of Java and/or JavaScript
