We are now looking for the next CEO Trainee of Dustin Group! The position is a unique opportunity to work closely with Dustin’s CEO, for one year. As CEO trainee, you will contribute and take part in exciting projects and initiatives moving Dustin, one of the fastest growing IT-companies in Europe, further along our strategic journey to become a European powerhouse. You will get an understanding how a growing listed company is managed and gain valuable insights in how to drive and pursue business value from a broad perspective in a constantly changing environment.

About the position
As CEO Trainee, you will get challenging and varied tasks with a high degree of responsibility from day one. The role involves close collaboration with the CEO, CFO and Group Leadership Team, contact with the Board of Directors and participation in various processes and projects across Dustin. You will gain valuable insights on how a growing listed company is managed and learn about decision making on the highest level.
