Avensia Academy is your fast track to become a world-class Information Manager developer within modern commerce. We offer you the needed training to get you prepared for developing some of the most cutting-edge information management solutions of our time.

Avensia Academy kicks off with a month of intense training to get familiar with all the building blocks needed to create a successful information management solution. Together with your fellow trainee colleagues, you will build your own sample PIM or MDM solution, where you have a chance to directly apply what you've learned in the courses. Training includes C#.NET or RBL (Riversand Business Language), understanding PIM or MDM models related to real brands and products, basic configurations/development (models, entities, contexts, segments, reference data, digital assets handling, taxonomies, workflows, business rules and much more), version control and agile development processes as well as specific training and certification in our platforms inRiver and Syndigo.

After finishing the first month of training, you get to test your newly gained skills in a real customer project. Depending on your interests, you will work either as a backend or frontend developer together with more senior colleagues. In parallel, you will continuously attend training according to the personal development plan you set up together with your manager. After a full ten months in the program, you continue your career as a system developer at Avensia.

We see that you have some knowledge in C# and knowledge in frontend development (JavaScript, Power Shell…).
