Backed by the Danish private equity firm Axcel, we are on an accelerated growth journey and are looking for Associate Account Managers in Oslo, Stockholm, and Eindhoven to join our team. As an Associate Account Manager, you will receive your own portfolio of customers plus the tools, techniques and coaching needed to build strong relationships – the rest is up to you!
You will team up with colleagues in account management, marketing, and consulting as well as external partners to ensure that your customers get the most out of their SuperOffice CRM solution.
You will conduct meetings and product demonstrations to sell additional SuperOffice products and services to customers, helping them support and enhance their businesses.
We believe you will need the following competencies and characteristics to succeed:

- A goal-oriented mindset to achieve sales targets
- An interest in the software industry/SaaS
- Fluency in English and Swedish
About the program
Our Early Career Program has a duration of five months, from August to December 2022. The first two months will consist of immersive training and team building including in-person sessions at our headquarters in Oslo, virtual sessions, and on-the-job training in your location. The last three months will be about taking on more responsibility and putting what you learned into practice in your location. At the end of the program, you will gather at our headquarters in Oslo to give your final presentation, enjoy your graduation ceremony, and get promoted to Account Manager!
