Zurich Nordic Trainee Programme and what we offer
In January 2024 our Nordic Trainee Programme will start consisting of an 18-month long development programme that provides you with the opportunity to experience all the exciting things a global insurer has to offer, including diverse and international teams and global networking.

Zurich Insurance Nordic Trainee Programme is designed to give you the possibility to explore different functions within an international insurance company while helping you grow so that you can start your career with a strong foundation of workplace knowledge, skills and trainings.

As a trainee, you will experience the breadth and depth of our business in a supportive environment and you will take responsibility and get plenty of learning opportunities. From day one you are employed with a 6 months probation period that will transfer to a permanent employment. We aim to provide talented and highly motivated candidates an opportunity to develop into insurance professionals and potential future leaders within our Zurich organization.

During the programme you will rotate between different functions and also visit and work in other countries. To help you succeed you will get support from a mentor during the entire programme as well as a coach in all the teams you will rotate through.

You will have a home function during the 18-months and after completing the traineeship you belong to one of the functions. You will be based in Stockholm, Sweden.
