At ABB, we are committed to energizing the transformation of the world through electrification, energy-efficiency, and automation. As a Discovery Graduate, you will be at the forefront of innovation and industrial digitalization, working on cutting-edge projects that address the most crucial technological and environmental challenges of our time.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Over the course of 18 months, you will embark on three six-month assignments of your choosing, taking ownership and responsibility for specific projects. This program empowers you to step out of your comfort zone, explore your passions, and discover the perfect fit for your future career within ABB.
  • From day one, you will take on hands-on responsibilities, rapidly building your skills and experience through a series of exciting, cross-functional, cross-divisional, and international assignments.
  • As a Discovery Graduate, you will have the unique opportunity to shape your own path and select from a wide range of fields, including automation, R&D, and sales.
  • You will be challenged to work on some of the most critical technological and environmental challenges facing the world today, making a real impact and leaving a legacy.
  • You will broaden your network, gain valuable insights from top managers through regular dinners and study visits, and connect with the global virtual network of fellow Graduates.

Your Background
We are looking for ambitious graduates who are passionate about shaping a sustainable future and who thrive in a dynamic and innovative environment. To be eligible for the ABB Discovery Graduate Program, you should meet the following criteria:

  • Hold a relevant master's degree in engineering, technology, or a related field.
  • Exhibit strong leadership potential and a drive for personal and professional growth.
  • Possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrate a global mindset and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
