Nouryon Trainee Programme
Are you graduating with an MSc in engineering in 2020? Are you passionate about sustainability, innovation, safety, and collaboration? Do you want to grow together with a company that is forward-looking and continuously improving how they work? Then we will gladly make way for your ambitions.
2019 year’s Trainee programme is located in the North of Sweden (Sundsvall) focusing on leadership training for you to become one of our future leaders. The duration of the trainee programme is two years and you will be employed on a permanent basis from day one. You will get the chance to run projects that will improve our business and truly make a difference. Throughout the programme, you will have a personal mentor, and you will stay in frequent touch with our senior management. We focus on both professional and personal development. We make sure that you get to know different roles, functions and sites within our organization. Together we set up clear, ambitious goals for your next career step.
