Scania Global Champion Trainee Program
Through our trainee program you will become part of an international network and have the opportunity to develop into a future leader within Scania and Traton Group. Many of our leaders have started their careers as graduate trainees.
Employed from day one, you will alternated between practical work and theory, broadening your competence and gaining vital skills such as leadership and intercultural differences. The programme starts in August and takes place during 15 months with a possible additional 3 months module within TRATON Group.
Scania Global Champion Trainee Program starts with an introduction period where you will get an overall view of Scania, participate in study visits, get an assembly practice and start your training for a truck driver’s license. You will also take part in a common onboarding together with trainees from other brands within Traton Group.
The program then continues with four different rotations, one of the rotations will take place within TRATON Group and one will take place within the Scania commercial organisation. At least one of the rotations will be placed abroad. After 15 months you will have a holistic view of Scania as well as the Traton Group organization.

If you are specially interested in production and logistics you can apply for a graduate trainee position in Södertälje, Oskarshamn or Luleå.
