Joining a changing company means great possibilities
So, why should you join us? Joining a changing company means the possibility to really make an impact. You’ll play a part in building a truly digital bank with new, agile ways of working. This means that you’ll be needed in exciting projects with collaboration cross teams, cross countries. You’ll see lots of opportunities for learning, developing and contributing to the societies we’re part of. We are striving to make a difference – and you’re invited to take part.

The first application period for the 2019 Graduate programme will open October 26th. The second will be launched in December and the third in February. To become a Graduate in Nordea, you have completed your Master’s degree by September 2019, are fluent in English and have no more than two years' post-academic work experience.
