We, at Nasdaq, are searching for intellectually curious analysts who want to jump start their career in our 2-year Young Professionals Trainee Program as a QA Test Specialist/Software Developer. Nasdaq´s Young Professional Program is a comprehensive two year professional development program built on top of a permanent position designed to build a strong talent pipeline through experiential, Nasdaq-specific business opportunities.
This year, we look forward to welcoming our 3rd class of Young Professionals to take part in various elements including: soft skills training, technical skills training, seminars and other events with focus on agile working methods, and job shadowing. After the two year program, our participants will be able to offer their Nasdaq teams the skills and tools necessary to advance their careers and contribute to this place where the opportunities are endless and within reach.
Who are you?
- You are 2018 graduate of a bachelor/master degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems and or Industrial Management (or equivalent field).
- Can demonstrate extra-curricular achievements/leadership (active in a club, volunteering, etc.).
- Former participant in our internship program is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
- Driven and ambitious.
What else do I need to know?
The program starts in September 2018 and screening will take place on a continuous basis with the application closing the 8th of February. The location for this program is at our Stockholm office in Frihamnen, this will be your main working location if selected.
You will be offered permanent employment during and after the 2 year program.
