Graduate Programme Arrangement
The GKN Aerospace Global Graduate Programme consists of 3 separate rotation periods lasting 27 months in total. The first rotation is a 12 month period spent in Trollhättan and is divided into 4 internships throughout the company. The first internship is performed at the Graduate’s assigned home department (engineering, logistics, etc.) with the remaining internships determined through individualized development plans. The second rotation is a 9 month period spent at an international location in a department of the Graduate’s choosing. The third and final rotation is an optional 6 month period with the internship and location determined by Graduate input and company needs. In between rotations, the Graduate will have the chance to participate in professional development workshops with other GKN Aerospace Graduates from around the globe. The programme also encourages study visits and meetings with leaders and colleagues of other aerospace companies across Europe in order to create unique, professional networks.
Although highly mobile, Graduates are permanently employed (full-time with benefits) from their first day.
