Whatever your interests or skills, Fujitsu has a role for you. A position you can develop into, and which will offer real responsibilities from the start. A role you can make your own. This 2 year development programme will provide the support you require to achieve your full potential.
Alongside your chosen role and the training you undertake in your business area, you will embark on a comprehensive 24 month modular development programme. These modules will cover key skills such as self-awareness, leadership, business awareness and business knowledge. Your development will come in many different formats; from structured training events, to mentoring and responsible business (CSR) projects. The programme modules will be delivered in different geographies within EMEIA.
Graduate Sales Associate - Stockholm
As a key point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for presenting the capabilities and culture of Fujitsu in a consistent and accurate way. You will become a real ambassador for Fujitsu, helping to reach sales targets. You will gain the ability to offer innovative IT solutions to meet customer’s explicit needs whilst approaching every opportunity from their perspective. Sales roles involve support, management information, quoting, bid responses, customer presentations, forecasting, reporting, and learning the sales trade in a structured fashion, backed up with development plans that include shadowing of experienced sales staff.
In your role, you work in a matrix organization having stakeholders both from Fujitsu Sweden and Nordic organizations. You have a strong interest in both business and technology with excellent analytical, communication and project management skills, and an inquisitive mind-set with a passion for learning and developing in the IT industry as professional sales representative.
Graduate Business Consultant - Stockholm
As Industry Consultant Graduate in Fujitsu, you will help our clients exploit digital technology, so that they can grow and succeed. You will be at the heart of our most important customer projects, potentially involved in developing client strategy, helping our clients use new technology in innovative ways, deriving insight from data and analytics, driving effective business change, or optimizing business processes.
You will have excellent analytical and communication skills, and an inquisitive mind-set with a passion for learning and growth. You should have a strong interest in both business and technology, but a formal qualification is not required. You will receive structured training and development to build the skills you need to be an effective business consultant. Your projects could take you across our European business and so you should be adept at operating in different cultures.
Graduate Project Manager– Stockholm
As a Graduate in Project Management, you are trained to become a Project Manager. First, as a Junior Project Manager, you will assist the project management team in delivering small to medium sized projects on schedule, within budget and to the level of quality agreed with the customer. The projects you will be working on are Managed Infrastructure Services projects with medium complexity.
Collaborating with our customers, both internal and external, a Project Manager will start off by supporting Senior Project Management professionals to ensure quality planning, control, and assurance practices on all aspects of project definition and delivery. Within a relatively short period of time, you will be trusted to pick up work packages, and deliver these within a project or programme environment to our customers
Graduate System Design Consultant – Göteborg or Gävle
At Fujitsu’s Development Studio we are looking for passionate Consultants striving to create leading software developments based on the customer's requirements and preferences. You will have an inquisitive mind-set with a passion for learning and growth. You will be involved in exciting projects and become an integral part of a highly qualified team that delivers solutions to our customers.
In addition to a genuine interest in system development, we are looking for graduates who are future thinkers who are eager to take lead in new technologies and have the ability to take on new knowledge and a willingness to share. If you enjoy challenges, modern technology and being at the forefront of system development, this is the role for you! We will give you the support you need to succeed in the Fujitsu’s Development Studio and throughout your career at Fujitsu.
Who are we looking for?
During the Graduate Programme, you will be working in a full-time job, with real targets and responsibilities.
For any Graduate positions, we require you to have completed or be studying a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with excellent academic results. We see that you have experience from living abroad, either working or studying. Our Graduate Programme is open to candidates eligible to work in Sweden.
