As part of our tradition, Tele2 is looking for exceptionally motivated candidates to join the Global Executive Trainee Program, starting September 2012.

As an Executive Trainee you will work closely with a Leadership Team member, assisting in his/her daily work for twelve months. If successful, you will in addition be given a challenging six month project within the Tele2 Group or at another Kinnevik company.

We are currently looking for trainees for the following Leadership Team members:
• President & CEO
• Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
• Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
• Chief Technical and Information Officer (CTIO)
• HR Director/ Communication Director / Head of Strategy and M&A – shared position
• Market Area Director Nordic
• Market Area Director Central Europe & Eurasia
• Market Area Director Western Europe – based in Amsterdam
• Market Area Director Russia – based in Moscow

The Executive Trainees will be recruited and located in Stockholm, Amsterdam and Moscow, depending on which Leadership team member you will assist and have as mentor.

Required qualifications
• Degree in Business and/or Engineering
• Professional experience, i.e. internships
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Swedish (Russian or Dutch required for positions based in Moscow and Amsterdam)

Desired
• Proven academic excellence
• Leadership experience
• International experience, i.e. exchange semesters
• Knowledge or Russian language
• Sports achievements
• Entrepreneurial experience
• Experience from relevant extracurricular activities such as student associations
