ISS Nordic offers a limited number of talented young professionals with management potential and a significant commercial mindset to join our Nordic Management Trainee Programme – the ISS MAP – from January 2013.

This intensive programme will shortcut your management career, providing you with excellent operations skills and intensive learning. From day one, you will have a high-profile personal sponsor from our executive management team as your coach and mentor. You will go through Tours of Duty in our largest operations as well as leadership development activities on a local, Nordic, and global level.

After the 18-month programme, we offer you a position as e.g. Key Account Executive, Client Manager, or Facility Manager. You will be responsible for an attractive, strategic customer and will typically work on-site with managing and developing the ISS contract. On a longer term, we expect you to develop into Senior Manager and Director Positions.

You have a commercial academic degree and 1-3 years of experience from a position with a high commercial content, e.g. within account management, sales, consultancy, or equivalent. In other words, you have a job – and it may be both challenging and interesting – but what you are eager to achieve is an accelerated management career.
