Danone Group is a French company and one of the largest global food companies with more than 100,000 people worldwide. Our focus is on 4 product categories (dairy products, bottled water, medical nutrition and infant nutrition) Among the most famous brands of the Group are Danone, Evian, Actimel, Activia, and Volvic.

Österlenmejeriet is located in Lunnarp, Tomelilla in Österlen. The Dairy was bult in the late 1950´s and in the yearly 1960´s. Today the Dairy produce and package juices fruit drinks, and dairy products. Since fall 2010 the factory is owned by ProViva AB which in its turn is owned by a joint venture between Danone AB and Skånemejerier.

Are you a graduate with:

- a master degree in Science, preferably Food Science, or other relevant study
- superior learning abilities
- mental agility
- great passion and drive
- excellent communication skills

Then this is the program for you!

You will be a part of a factory with strong development in an international environment, with a possibility to do some time abroad. The trainee program will give you a full factory experience working with all functions. Coaching and mentoring together with both functional and interpersonal trainings will be continuously provided.

The trainee program is divided into 3 major parts;

3. Leadership
