EUROPEAN GRADUATE SCHEME
During this 3 year programme you will have 2-3 rotations covering both Marketing & Sales. During your rotations you could be working directly with our customers as a Junior Key Account Manager, coming up with strategies to strengthen a category in your customer’s environment in Customer Marketing; or working on some of our iconic brands, such as Smirnoff, Johnnie Walker or Baileys, in Consumer Marketing. We offer opportunities to rotate to different markets, so a 3rd language is advantageous. GRADUATE PROFILE
Required
● Full, valid driving license
● Fluency in a Scandinavian language
● Being internationally mobile
● A (soon to be) finalized Masters Degree
Preferred
● Marketing and/or Sales experience
● A third language
● Track record of extracurricular engagements
● Leadership experience
