As a graduate on our 2 year Programme you will experience the breadth of our capabilities and work together with our skilled people within a variety of functions. We believe that you have a bachelor or master degree probably within engineering, business or logistics. You are fluent in English and have some experience from an international environment. You can demonstrate capability to take responsibility for tasks, teams and/or deliveries. Good interpersonal and problem solving skills, enthusiasm and a commitment to your task and the ability to switch between a holistic, strategic perspective to a detail-oriented focus, are personal characteristics we are looking for.
