The ITM Worldwide Foundation is now recruiting trainees, on behalf of ten diverse companies in the region of Skaraborg, for the International Management Trainee Program starting in September 2011. The program lasts a year and alternates company/industry-specific practice to get to know the company, the products and the customers with the ITM Worldwide Foundation’s international award winning trade training program.

Each participating company creates its own internal program with assistance and manuals from the ITM Worldwide Foundation. This program is designed to let you enter the company quickly and carry out real job assignments and projects. The company sets up a one-year plan allowing you to work in several of its departments, in some cases including a period abroad. You will consequently work with export questions involving market analyses, business plans, customer account management etc., although the orientation differs between companies. A mentor from the company will support you during your trainee period. After successfully completing your training, you can step into the role of a Country Manager, Key Account Manager or similar position.

The trainee program is financed by the participating companies and Skaraborgs Kommunalförbund. The trainees’ salary is agreed with the company. Recruitment of companies is ongoing and will be published on the ITM web-site continuously.

International Diploma in International Trade Management
After the program you will receive a world recognized diploma in International Trade Management. ITM Worldwide Foundation is accredited by International Association of Trade Training Organisations (IATTO). During the last 15 years approximately 1.300 people accomplished this program in Sweden and abroad.

Required qualification:
We are looking for a person who:
- has an academic degree, preferable Engineer or Business
- is self-driven
- has good language skills
(including Swedish)
- has an interest for international businesses.
