Our Trainee Program is running for 12 months and is built up from four different blocks where the Trainee spend at least one of the blocks at a site abroad. The blocks within the program are:

The Trainee runs a project at each site as well as works with day-to-day activities.
In between the blocks the Trainee participates in different kind of training sessions.
The aim with the program is to give the Trainee a broad knowledge about SWEP, our organisation and products and to build cross company networks.
