We are looking for young, talented, individuals who have the drive and passion to take our business into future. Together with other young, future leaders from all over the world your journey will start with an introduction and training in Finland. The program continues with a two times five months internship in a location abroad. You will develop your Financial and Business Control Competences as well as your leadership skills to be able to guide business decisions and support Wärtsilä´s growth targets.
