Our Graduate Programme is a great entry to a challenging job at Vestas with global career prospects.
The paid, two-year programme is for Graduates who have completed
a master’s degree in engineering, business or IT.


During the 2-year Vestas Graduate Programme you will complete three modules in countries such
as Denmark, China, USA, India, Australia, Spain, Germany, Singapore and UK. You will be challenged to solve mission critical projects with experienced colleagues around the world to maintain our leading position in a growing market. You will make a difference by using and developing your professional, theoretical and personal skills - and you will become part of a unique, global network of top talents.
