Visma

As a Management Trainee, you will be expected to put your knowledge into practice. The program involves 3-5 challenging projects within a 12-months period, where the projects will be in different business- and functional areas in Visma. The program also includes several training components, and you should expect a steep learning curve. Throughout the program your career development will be supported by a personal mentor. The program is split into two different streams targeting different types of future managers;
• Business/ General Management
• Computer Science/ IT Management

For each line, the projects will be adapted to fit your personal skills, interests and educational background, although the setup of the program will be the same. After completing the program, our ambition is that you will be able to obtain a management position within a few years.
