This is a challenge you do not want to miss. You will work for the world leader in mobile technology. You will pick the brains of the best technical specialists in the world. And you will be part of a multicultural network of future leaders.

Over the course of 18 action-packed months, you will learn a lot about us and we will learn a lot about you. You will also get to know yourself better and how you work as a member of a team.

The journey starts in Sweden, where you will be introduced to our business and our customers. You will also get to know Ericsson at your home base, working at your local R&D unit. You will return to Sweden after five months, where you will take part in challenging projects with other young, future leaders from around the world. Your journey ends with an international assignment, where you will be able to put everything you have learned into action.

Along the way, we will support you in your personal development, helping you to find the career path best suited to you. Our goal is to release your maximum potential and to prepare you for a future with us.

What we ask in return is that you are willing to learn and to share the knowledge you have gained. You will also be expected to contribute to the program. Your ideas and fresh perspectives are crucial to our success. Within five years of starting the program, we hope to see you in your first leadership position. However, it is up to you to ensure that you grow into a leader who is an inspiration to others and who works with perseverance to fulfill our vision.

To join the Ericsson R&D Global Graduate Program you require:
• a Master of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a similar subject
• a genuine interest in R&D
