Tetra Pak is looking for hungry, talented and highly motivated newly graduates to participate in our Young Talent Program - a trainee program for engineers.

What is the Young Talent Program?
Every year, we recruit newly graduated students to our Young Talent Program. It is a two-year engineering trainee program at Tetra Pak - the world leader in carton packaging. Next time, the program will start in September 2012.

In the program, you will have the opportunity to both contribute to and influence the Tetra Pak development in a long perspective. Alongside this, your personal development is important to us. This is an opportunity to really challenge yourself and grow both personally and professionally.

Content
You will become recruited to a certain position and department that will act as your home base. A manager will be dedicated to you and follow your progress from start.

The main element of the Young Talent Program is job rotations. These provide experience in several different areas, a broad understanding of Tetra Pak and opportunities to build a valuable network of people. You will be assigned to three to six job rotations, lasting approximately two to six months each, where at least one of the job rotations is to be set abroad, thus providing international exposure.

You will follow an individual development plan specifically designed for you as a person and for the position you hold.

Who are we looking for?
To apply for our Young Talent Program, you have finished or are about to finish your engineering studies. You have a mature and professional personality with the ability to create and utilize a broad network. You also have the ability to solve problems alongside a strong personal drive. It is important that you are result oriented with a strong technical interest and an analytical ability.

You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
In 2011 we assigned 9 trainee positions to the Young Talent Program.
