The total trainee program will be 18 months long. The program is divided in three job-rotation parts and during every part of the program you will be dedicated to a specific department in which you will work with daily business operations as well as strategic projects of various kinds. Part of the program you will likely act as executive assistant to learn even more about general management. During the trainee program you will also work shorter periods at some of our other offices, in Gibraltar or Vienna.

As part of the trainee program you will also participate in learning modules consisting of seminars concerning the business as well as education within project management. During the program you will also be assigned a mentor to support you through the program. After finishing our trainee program you will move on to a permanent position within Product Management, Business Development, Project Management or any other field that is suitable. We expect that you in a short while after this will have the skills and knowledge to exceed to a managers role within the company.

Masters degree preferred, but Bachelors can also be accepted, from top ranked university. Preferably major in business and/or science with outstanding academic merits. You have an interest in online gaming in general and poker in particular. Technical understanding and knowledge in software development is advantageous.
