Bombardier Transportation

The Global Graduate Programme is our fast-track development program which prepares passionate individuals for a future leadership role within Bombardier. It has been designed for ambitious people who are seeking an international career with the world leader in the rail industry. The 18 months program combines on-the-job and off-the-job development worldwide. In three separate 6-months assignments, it offers every Global Graduate a true business experience in different divisions, functions and countries. In addition, we offer four development modules that support the on-the-job experience. Throughout the program a personal mentor will be assigned to each Global Graduate to support and develop them throughout their journey.
